Comparison

They log your workouts. We keep you coming back.

Strong is the gold standard for fast, no-frills lift logging. SweatStreak matches that speed and adds a reason to open the app on the days you don't feel like training.

Frequently asked questions

Is SweatStreak as fast to log a workout as Strong?

Fast logging was an explicit design goal — three taps to log a set, plus a one-tap repeat-last-set option. We haven't run a formal side-by-side timing test against Strong, so treat this as a design goal we optimized for rather than a measured claim.

Does SweatStreak have Strong's warm-up and plate calculators?

SweatStreak has a plate calculator built from the exact plates you own. We didn't find an equivalent warm-up calculator at the time of writing — that's currently a place Strong goes further.

Can I import my Strong data into SweatStreak?

Not yet — there's no direct import from Strong today. You'd start logging fresh in SweatStreak.

Which one should I actually pick?

If you want the fastest possible logging with nothing else layered on top, Strong is excellent at exactly that. If you've used a pure logger before and still fell off after a few weeks, SweatStreak adds the consistency mechanic Strong doesn't have.
